GENERAL:

1. By placing an order electronically via our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

3. Shipping costs, which constitute the product delivery expense, shall be borne by the buyer.

4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within a legal maximum period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered in full and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with all relevant documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

6. In the event the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller is obliged to notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of becoming aware of the situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
